NO WORDS: a lexicon of intangibles is a visual articulation of how grievers are tethered to the invisible through beautiful and strong ties to their no-longer-present beloveds.

The twig bundles are made from Oregon Ash branches salvaged after a destructive ice storm. The fabric ties, sourced from worn garments and other found materials, reference an Irish custom of tying small bits of cloth to tree branches near holy wells as a means of seeking divine intervention in our earthly affairs.

The rock cairns are Idaho Ledgestone.
